I liked that the hotel had a direct connection to a supermarket. I was able to grab snacks easily. i appreciated having easy access to laundry facilities . the staff were helpful, assisting me with directions and local information. the beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful night.
the room lacked curtains, only venetian blinds, which allowed light to stream in early in the morning.

The hotel is a short walk from the subway station. It made accessing various city attractions easy. the neighborhood offers a mix of local dining options. I found some great hidden gems. a supermarket next door offered very nice convenience.

I appreciated that the hotel provided coffee, tea, and bottled water. The staff spoke English very well. They were helpful and nice. The metro station was very close to the hotel. A grocery store being right next to the hotel was another bonus.
The window blind is bright in the morning, though I found it useful to adjust for the time zone difference.

Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. I was met with prompt assistance whenever I needed service at the front desk. Some of the front desk staff are Vietnamese, and I enjoyed interacting with them.

quiet stay near the subway

I found the location very convenient near the nishi nagahori station. It was only a short walk i appreciated the proximity to the hankyo oasis shop for groceries the hotel staff were consistently helpful which enhanced my stay i am a lifetime titanium elite member and this hotel met my expectations. i also really liked the supermarket next to the hotel.
the blinds did not fully block the light which caused me to wake up quite early it's a minor inconvenience but one that affected my sleep quality i hope they consider installing blackout curtains in the future.

the room i stayed in was quite spacious which is a definite plus in a city where space can be limited amenities like coffee tea and bottled water were thoughtfully provided adding to the convenience the cleanliness was excellent it made for a very comfortable environment.

the lobby was tastefully furnished creating a cute first impression the hotel also had a laundry facility which was useful for longer stays the availability of a supermarket right next door was convenient for stocking up on essentials .

the location was excellent. it was very near to nishi nagahori train station, approximately a three minute walk. there is also a hankyo oasis shop next to the hotel. it had plenty of foodstuff at fair prices. the hotel staff were helpful, i am thankful.
the blind didn't close properly, which forced me to wake up early.

honestly, this place was a letdown. waiting for the elevators was like a lifetime. i also noticed a peculiar smell in the toilet. i think this hotel needs some serious improvements.
